By using the Site, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit personal information to us.

2. Scope
This Policy covers the marketing website and related contact/quote forms. Mobile apps published by Equestro Labs have their own policies at App Privacy Policies. Account and data deletion requests for apps are handled at Delete Account / Data.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
- Contact form data: name, email address, optional company name, service interest, and message content.
- Quote / questionnaire data: name, email, optional company, project idea, selected options (platforms, features, integrations, design needs, timeline, etc.), computed estimate range, and generated roadmap text.
- Email correspondence: content you send to our business email addresses.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Server / security logs: IP address, date/time, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer, user-agent, and similar technical data that our hosting provider may log for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
- Session data: limited session identifiers used for form rate-limiting and spam protection (not used for advertising).
- Website analytics (Google Analytics 4): when analytics is enabled, Google may receive aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (city/region), device/browser type, referral source, and event signals (for example quote/contact form submissions). We configure IP anonymization where available and do not use the Site for cross-site advertising remarketing.
3.3 Information we do not intentionally collect via this Site
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not knowingly collect special-category data (e.g., health, biometric, precise geolocation for tracking) through this Site’s forms.
- We do not currently operate third-party advertising pixels or social tracking pixels for ads on this Site.
If you paste sensitive information into a free-text field, we will treat it as confidential business correspondence, but please avoid submitting passwords, government IDs, payment card numbers, or health data through the Site forms.
4. Purposes of processing
We use personal information only as needed to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide estimates, roadmaps, or service information you requested;
- Evaluate potential client engagements and follow up about projects;
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site (including spam/abuse prevention);
- Understand how the Site is used and improve content, conversion paths (quote/contact), and SEO performance via Google Analytics 4;
- Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations;
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights, users, and systems.
We do not use Site form data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you, beyond generating a non-binding estimate based on answers you choose.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland visitors)
Where GDPR / UK GDPR / Swiss FADP apply, we process personal data on these bases:
- Contract / pre-contract steps — responding to your request for a quote or services;
- Legitimate interests — securing the Site, preventing spam/fraud, and running a professional business website in a way that does not override your rights;
- Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by law;
- Legitimate interests / consent as applicable — website analytics to improve the Site; where consent is required for analytics cookies in your jurisdiction, you may control cookies via your browser settings.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only with:
- Service providers / processors that help us operate the Site and communications (e.g., web hosting, email delivery, Google Analytics), under confidentiality and purpose limitations;
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) when reasonably necessary;
- Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continued confidentiality protections.
Current operational categories typically include website hosting (DreamHost), Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), and standard email transport for form notifications to natalie@equestrolabs.com.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States (and possibly other countries where our providers operate). Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms or your pre-contractual request as the reason for transfer.
8. Retention
- Contact and quote submissions: retained as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business record-keeping (typically up to 24 months after last meaningful correspondence, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal obligation).
- Server logs: retained according to our host’s log rotation / security practices, generally for a short operational period unless needed for an investigation.
- Spam / abuse signals: may be retained longer as needed to protect the Site.
When retention ends, we delete or irreversibly de-identify information where practicable.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of a small-business marketing site, including HTTPS, input validation, honeypot/rate-limiting on forms, and access-limited business email. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if you believe there has been a security issue involving your data, contact us immediately at the email below.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
This Site may use strictly necessary cookies or local/session storage for security and form spam protection. When Google Analytics 4 is enabled, Google may set or read cookies / similar identifiers to measure Site usage. We do not use these analytics for cross-site advertising remarketing on this Site. Your browser settings can block cookies; blocking necessary cookies may affect form functionality, and blocking analytics cookies limits our ability to measure traffic.
11. Your rights
11.1 General
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights, email natalie@equestrolabs.com with enough detail to verify your request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting.
11.2 California (CCPA/CPRA) notice
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. California residents may request to know, delete, or correct personal information we collected about them, subject to legal exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
11.3 EEA/UK/Switzerland
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concern.
12. Children’s privacy
The Site is directed to business users and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or app store listings. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before providing information.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
