This Privacy Policy describes how Equestro Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information in the HorseKBB mobile application and related online services (the “Service”) — market value ranges and comps for horses.

2. Accounts
Yes. Email/password and Sign in with Google or Apple via Firebase Authentication.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide or create in the app
- Account data: name, email, auth identifiers
- Valuation inputs and listings you create (horse details, comps, notes, photos)
- Device/usage/diagnostics (Analytics, Crashlytics)
- Camera/photos for valuation or sharing features
- Subscription/payment metadata via RevenueCat / app stores (Stripe may be used for certain payment flows)
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
- FCM push tokens when notifications are enabled
Valuations and comps are informational estimates, not appraisals or guarantees of sale price.
4. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, sync, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Process subscriptions and purchases;
- Send transactional messages and (if enabled) push notifications;
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and prevent fraud/abuse;
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information and do not use app data for third-party cross-app advertising.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK/Switzerland)
- Contract — providing the Service you request;
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, product improvement analytics;
- Consent — where required (e.g., certain notifications, precise location, optional permissions);
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, or regulatory duties.
6. Sharing
We share data with service providers only as needed to operate the Service:
Firebase, Apple/Google, RevenueCat, and payment processors such as Stripe where used.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction, or with your direction.
7. Retention
We retain account and app data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see below). Some records may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before expiration.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards appropriate to a cloud-backed mobile app (HTTPS, authenticated APIs, access controls, and provider security features). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the applicable digital-consent age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has created an account so we can delete it.
10. Your rights & account deletion
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information. To delete your account and associated personal data, use:

We are based in the United States. Data may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
