Use this page to request deletion of your account and associated personal data for apps published by Equestro Labs LLC. This page is intended to satisfy Google Play and similar store requirements for a clear web-based deletion path.
What we delete
Upon verification, we delete or irreversibly de-identify account profile data and app content tied to your account (for example jobs, pets, bikes, rations, or property records you created), subject to limited exceptions below.
- We may retain information required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes for a limited period.
- App Store / Google Play purchase records are controlled by Apple or Google; cancel subscriptions in your store account settings as well.
- Backups may take a short additional period to expire.
How to request deletion
- Submit the form below using the same email address registered to the app account (preferred), or
- Email natalie@equestrolabs.com with subject “Account deletion request,” the app name, and the account email.
We typically confirm and complete verified requests within 30 days (often sooner).
